    I’ve gone through two lenders, but the loan won’t get finalized.

    The property is missing a driveway, and new city laws will only permit a 75% rebuild in case of an accident. The 75% won’t qualify for my FHA loan. . It needs to be 100%, but bureaucracy won’t make an exception.

    How can I overturn this technicality or find someone willing to invest $110,000 on a single family home?
