It’s about time. This new era of appraising is filled with crookedness. They did this to protect against fraud but, as usual, the govt went too far the other way. There is now more problems than ever. Appraisers are underpaid so only the newbees do it. Banks are making most of the money from appraisals. Do you think any expert will work for peanuts?
