“I started investing in real estate in 1999 I thought I knew what I was doing but didn’t really know where to start. I never managed to get any real estate deals. I never had a mentor, never attended any classes and never got advice from anyone who was making money in real estate. In 2006 I was deployed to Iraq. I thought to myself if God blesses me to get home safely I was going to take real estate investing to the next level.

I returned home in September 2007. Two days after returning home I called the REIC not by chance Phyllis answered the phone.
